What is your standard turnaround time for orders?
One week to 10 days is standard lead time. If you have an event date, please let us know and we always do our best to accommodate.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum quantity for most standard marketing items but all price breaks are quantity-based. There is a minimum of 250 pieces for business cards.
What is Bleed for Print?
Ink that prints beyond the trim edge of the page to ensure it extends to the edge of the page after trimming. Due to the production process .125” is required for the production of pieces with a bleed. Banners require a 1.25” bleed for the sewn edge and grommet area on one sided banners.
What file format do I use to send my electronic artwork?
Vector PDF files are optimal. Simply outline all the text, then save your design in PDF format.
What is the best way to send my electronic artwork?
We make it easy! Just go to our Upload Your Files page. You can drag and drop your files and send them to us with no file size limitations. You will receive confirmation your files were submitted and we will be notified of your submission immediately.
I have a photo I would like incorporated in my project, how do I send it to you?
Send your digital file via email or our FTP site. Jpeg file formats with a 300dpi file produce quality prints. Low resolution files can appear fuzzy or pixilated. We will advise you if your photo is low resolution.
What is the largest size you can print?
Large Format: Overall dimensions as large as 20’ x 64” x 2”, achieving tolerances as tight as +1/64”
Business Printing: Overall dimensions as large as 13” x 19” Paper thicknesses ranging from 20 lb. to 16 pt.
